After you download |

From start go to Control Panel |
| 3.
From Control Panel select Fonts |
| 4.
From Fonts window go to add fonts from File menu |

view Vietnamese fonts you need to configure VISCII fonts for
your browser |

Netscape Communicator 4.0X |
| 1.Double-click on Netscape icon to launch
the browser. (does not need to connect to the Internet) |
| 2. Click Edit on the menu bar to drop down
a list of options. Then click to select Preferences. |
| 3.
Under Category tree list, click to select Appearance,
and then select Fonts. |
| 4.
In For the encoding box, select Western |
| 5.
In Variable Width Font box, select fonts
either AnhMinh 1.1 or VSP Times |
| 6.
In Fixed Width Font box, select MinhQuan 1.1 or MinhQuanH
1.1 |
| 7. Click OK to finish configuring |

Double-click on Internet
